| 内容記述 | 本研究は、保育所・幼稚園における食育の状況を質的に把握するために、食育の捉え方の類型化を試み、食育実践の内容との関連について検討することを目的とした。保育所と幼稚園における食育に携わる関係者10名（男性2名、女性8名）に対して、半構造化面接調査を実施した。食育のイメージに関する回答を、「食を保育・教育の基礎として位置付けているか（食の基礎的位置づけ）」、及び、「食に関する園での取り組みを体系的に見直しているか（体系的見直し）」、の2つの視点に着目して分類した。その結果、食育推進型、食事基盤型、食育計画型、食育模索型、食育否定型の5つのタイプが見出された。さらに、食育実践についての回答を、「食育に関する指針」に示されている食育のねらい及び内容の5項目に該当するかを検討し、食育の捉え方タイプと関連させて考察した。どのタイプも、食育のねらい及び内容5項目に該当する食育実践をしていることが明らかにされた。さらに、食の基礎的位置づけを行っている方が、一つ一つの食育実践に明確なねらいや目的を持っており、食の基礎的位置づけによって食育実践に質的な差異があると推察された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the current states of Shokuiku in nersery schools and kindergartens. The nusery and kindergarten teachers (n=10) were investigated by means of a semi-structured interview. The data on the understanding of Shokuiku, from the viewpoint of fundamental positioning of meals and systematic review, were classified into five categories: "promotion of Shokuiku", "importance of meal", "planning emphasis", "anxiety to Shokuiku", and "negative". By the examinations of Shokuiku practices, few quantitative differences between five types were found. However, by fundamental positioning of meals, qualitative differences were observed. | |||||
