In recent years, seismic retrofits in Korea have been attracting attention as a construction method, which raises the safety of the building in case of an earthquake. In Korean school facilities, a lot of external seismic retrofit methods of construction are adopted. However, enough consideration may not have been given to the transmission of the force between the existing frame and reinforcement frame.\n In addition, in order to spread the seismic retrofitting of buildings, it is important that the retrofits are easily constructed.
