実母との心理的距離がレジリエンスを介して 育児ストレスに及ぼす影響 Effects of psychological distance from one’s mother on childcare stress and resilience 森川, 美都 Morikawa, Mito Childcare stress 育児ストレス Mother-daughter relationship 母娘関係 Resilience レジリエンス This study examined the influence of the mother-daughter relationship built between grandmothers and mothers on resilience and parental stress by conducting a comparative analysis of the relationship between psychological distance and parental stress in 156 mothers raising infants. The results showed that the stronger their sense of trust in their relationship with their biological mother, the more they developed a sense of self, independent from unity with their biological mother. This study revealed that those who were more mentally independent had higher acquired resilience which is strongly related to personality. We confirmed that the psychological distance that mothers raising infants had built with their biological mothers affects current acquired resilience factors. Furthermore, the results suggested that higher levels of acquired resilience are associated with greater tolerance to parental stress.
